Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Behind Gliforb Estates Company Limited is a story of transition from digital infrastructure to physical communities. Our founder and CEO, Emmanuel Gliforbu, spent over two decades at the West African Examinations Council (WAEC), serving as the Head of IT for seven years before retiring to pursue a lifelong ambition.
Mr. Gliforbu's career in IT was defined by precision, security, and institutional trust — values he seamlessly brought into the Real Estates sector. The spark for Gliforb was personal: it began after he completed his own home. Driven by a childhood dream of building vibrant communities, he initially began renting out houses he had built and selling portions of his land to close friends. He didn't just want clients; he wanted neighbours.
This organic growth, built on a foundation of trust and friendship, evolved into the fully integrated Estates and construction firm Gliforb is today.
